I agree with previous posters and would not ever work with FFSI again. My refinance was supposed to be a no cost streamline refinance because I was not interested in doing a cash out. Long story short, the notary shows up at my home looking for over $1000 in closing fees which were repeatedly stated via phone and e-mail as non-existent for the type of loan I was doing. I spent over $2000 and 3 months of my time dealing with a company that in the end only saved me $55 a month on my original note. I would never recommend using FFSI for any loan product, they are shady.
