  • First time using an Appliance Repair Service: Refrigerator cost me $2500 10 years ago; and it stopped cooling. Wasn't sure if I should buy a new Refrig or repair. I expressed my options to buy if the repair expense was excessive. They found a problem with a control module board: they explain my options to either use a refurbish module because the module was no longer manufactured or pay the service call and go buy a new refrig. The repair with the refurbished module cost me 1/5th the cost of a new refrig; and my refrigerator is working like new. They also showed me how to install a new ice maker, and the part# to order online... I will use them again... the mom-and-pop companies are the best... my repair guy was Cody..
