So here it goes: I love the Jeep brand. I've purchased 2 Jeeps. My first Jeep was a Liberty. It ran pretty good but the power distribution system failed on it, the motors that control the windows were recalled several times and I've had to take my car in so many times that I just come to the realization that as long as I own this brand, I'll always be in and out of the repair shop. My second Jeep, I was HIGHLY encouraged to purchase an extended warranty. On this vehicle the transmission failed so many time that it had to be replaced eventually. Also the power distribution system failed in this vehicle to and is not cover under the $2300 warranty. To repair it it's going to cost $700 or more to fix the issue. Lucky for me, one of the salesmen informed that he could get me into a newer model at a better price. I'm not saying that it's a hustle, but if you know that you are selling over priced cars, alongside the high price point, high priced unusable warranties, why would I give you my money thrice? I know that repair are a part of car ownership but this is beyond that. Again I'll state that I love the brand but I feel that my loyalty is coming to an end.
