  • Careful if you get the bigger guy he is extremely pushy and abrasive when dealing with returns and customer service. If you get the manager Josh he is a good guy but im really not happy with having to settle on our mattress due to lack of knowledge about the product. We first selected a blue maxx(ice) 1000 and it was firm which we didn't like unfortunately this place does not carry the mattress in plush for the king size so we were forced into the 500 series which is ok but not really what we wanted and that bothers me. But seeing as there are so many other mattress companies in the same area i would weigh your options better than i did because you can end up with what you dont want and have to pay for the mistake. Sears had some good options so does the other mattress place in the promenade try those and best of luck. I won't be giving mattress firm my business anymore after the hassle it just seems unnecessary when making such a large purchase to have to jump through extra hoops for what you initially paid for.
