  • They get five stars for keeping Cleveland Heights a relatively crime-free and safe neighborhood. Without these guys' diligence, I fear that C.H. or at least a good part of it would be more of a suburb of East Cleveland than its own town. They get one star for pulling me over and ticketing me for speeding while going less than 5 miles over the speed limit. Also, they get only two stars for not finding my bike that was stolen out of my garage. Bonus Point: They get one point for being pretty understanding when I was driving home after a nearby friend's dinner party.
