Mainly come here for Legal and Exchange services. The Legal Dept can get very busy. I highly suggest you make an appointment.
As for the exchange it can get quite busy as well. I feel like they don't carry a lot of brands that other exchanges do. They tend to run out of items quickly and don't restock. I had a bad experience with a cashier, he overcharged me on an makeup item & couldn't fix his mistake and directed me to customer service. There was only one cashier at customer service while there was 15 people waiting in line. I feel like during holiday hours they need to have full services. There was another customer behind us that had the same issue as us and was overcharged at the time of purchase! So I advise you to double check your receipt before leaving the cashier/store!
The only perks of visiting today was getting my Starbucks fix.
