  • Awesome customer service. I was worried my wedding gown wouldn't be able to be steamed (because of problems I had on my wedding day) but she but my mind at ease and even took the dress to the back to have a small section of it steamed just to show me it wouldn't be a problem. After the dress was dry cleaned, it came with a lifetime guarantee from the Association of Wedding Gowns, which I was very pleased with since I was trying to sell the dress. The lady in charge of wedding dresses was very nice, even when I was asking a bunch of questions.
