  • I had just had a terrible experience at Express and wasn't in the best mood and I came to VS and came across Cindy who completely turned my day around! Cindy is truly an asset to this store and I almost want to hire her myself! She was so genuine and sincere and shook my hand and remembered my name. How many people do that in a retail store such as Victoria Secret? She was passionate about the products and was extremely knowledgable. Everyone in this store was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed! FANTASTIC customer service!
