  • I have NEVER been so frustrated with trying to reach a doctors office for over AN HOUR!!!! seriously, are you that busy?! following a prescribed medicine application I endured a full body allergy outbreak (first time in my life). Tried to get a hold of someone along the weekend I called every possible extension to doctors assistants reached only voicemail that said "do not leave more then one message"- Have they ever thought about placing a receptionist?? So finally i called the "schedule an appointment" I was number 6 after 5 minutes was number 5 another 5 was number 4. So basically they have one lady handling ALL lines i red many of the negative reviews and this is an occurring problem. They couldn't help and just told me to go to an urgent care or my primary physician, which is ok, but i learned this is a known symptom with this medicine and feel they should have warned me. My main issue is you have to answer your phones. i was about to drive 30 minutes just to walk in and speak to somebody
