  • I have always had a good experience bringing by car here for a regular drive-thru wash, but I've never splurged on an upgraded wash. I used the company on their property to replace my windshield and they gave me a car detail for free. I was super excited because my boyfriend and I had a 13 hour road trip planned with our two big dogs and knew the car would need some serious attention after that. But when I went to drop if off I found out it was not a full detail, only a mini detail which was worth much less. I was very disappointed because I had several issues with the glass company and they offered me $100 cash but I chose the detail instead. Not a good deal for me! Luckily Juan was there to help. He personally took over taking car of my car and did an amazing job! He was very apologetic, which wasn't necessary considering it was the glass company's mistake, not his. And Juan made sure our car came out in tip-top condition. It looked as if it had a full detail plus some. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!
