  • Bruce Mackey Park is a long park that runs from Dundas all the way to Queen street. It's a great park for walking dogs in because of the layout. There aren't a lot of people just hanging out, the street has low traffic levels, and it's a long, walkable route. At the south end of the park there is a mostly fenced area, great for dogs - there is an open entrance at each end though. There is also an interesting sign about the history of the Degrassi TV show and one of the creators. The park is partially on Degrassi street and many of the scenes for the shows were filmed in the area.
