  • ATTN FEMALES - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car in and inquired about possibly getting 4 new tires. Two guys came out and looked at my tires and I made an appointment and put a $400 deposit down. So when I took my car in a couple days later, they could not get the tires off of my car and said I needed a key. And since I didn't have a key they wanted me to take it to a dealership to buy a key. No one ever mentioned that I needed a key to unlock the tires on my car. I'm a female - I have never taken a car in for tires before. My dad or my husband always handled it. How in the world would I have known that you needed a key to remove the tires? Plus, I am certainly not that stupid to have put down a $400 deposit had I known they could not get the tires off of my car. So, they refused to give me back my deposit. Then, to make matters worse, I called and spoke with their general manager, Mike, and he insulted me! When I told him I did not know I had to have a key to unlock my tires.....he rudely interrupted me and said "Everyone knows you have to have a key". OMG....what a total insult to a female!! Not everyone knows this. He discriminated me as a female!!! What an ass!!! I will never use Big O Tires again!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!
