Met some friends here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with Perk. It didn't take us too long to get seated on a Saturday morning, probably about 10 mins. Because we had a group of 5 which required a larger set up.
I ordered the Gordo omelet which was packed full of deliciousness. I opted for the side of fruit which was a few thin slices of watermelon and disappointed me a bit.
The rest of my table was pleased with their selections which consisted of pumpkin pancakes (yum!), biscuits and gravy, and corned beef hash (more hash than corned beef). Everything looked great and the portions were quite large.
I'd say it was a little overpriced for breakfast but overall it was a decent place. The atmosphere was open, clean and bright.
I might return here if invited but have a few breakfast places I prefer more.
