WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Came in around 5 minutes after the baggage claim cut off and the lady was so rude to us and told us we can't go on that flight and have to take the later one out. We were okay with it, but when we got to the gate they told us it was stand-by. The lady NEVER mentioned that we might not board, she definitely said confirmed. The stand-by was full and we were totally screwed and would've had to stay over at the airport. But Southwest to the RESCUE! Got a flight back with them last minute, but wasted our $200 with United because the lady wouldn't offer us solutions. NEVER BOOKING UNITED EVER AGAIN! So rude when they can obviously see we're frustrated and stressed out!
