Woah, this is some well cooked Indian food! Eating here really highlighted the fact that we've been eating some slipshod Indian lately. Jaipur Indian Restaurant is the real deal. The Bengali chef is not cutting any corners - everything is spiced to perfection with the right balance of heat, spice, and oil.
The masala chai tasted like something you'd buy off of a chai wallah in the streets of any city in India. Very few people actually make real Indian chai in the US, so, this is pretty special.
The meats were succulent, melt in your mouth texture.
As an added bonus, our buffet came with 2 pieces of fresh of the tandoor naan and 2 potato dosas.
Service and ambiance are fair. The hole-in-the-wall atmosphere was actually charming in it's own way and authentically Indian. Very excited to become a regular at Jaipur.
