I've never dealt with their sales department. Maybe the sales department is OK. I'm giving them a 1-star review for service.
I went there twice for service. The first time, they wanted payment up front. When I went to pick up the car, they tried to bill me a second time. Luckily, I had the receipt.
The second time, they kept my car for four days and then refused to honor the terms of my Ford warranty, so I had to take the car to another dealer. When I tried to complain to the service manager, Mrs. Larkin herself came out to yell at me, and tell me to leave.
There won't be a third time.
