  • the terrible reviews speak for themselves. customers dont write bad reviews because these guys are great. the company has a terrible schedule policy of giving people 4 block hours of your time on the initial visit and also the follow up. i cant imagine how they stay in business with so much time wasted. i called on monday and they didnt have anything until Thursday. guy shows up and looks at breaker to determine he has to replace a few. okay. fair enough. i thought he would have brought the tools in that enormous van to do even this simple of a job. nope! he was there at most 10 mins and the follow up has to be with same technician which we had to schedule for 3 days later because hes off weekends! what the heck?!? he should be able to communicate the issue with whomever is working the next day. not make the customer wait another 3 days and have another 4 hour block of time committed for an issue that takes 10 mins to fix because hes off. choose your company wisely.
