  • This is a new coffee shop in downtown Matthews. We were there around 10:15 AM on a Thursday morning. Seating was a premium - all inside and outside seats were taken. Service was a little slow - it felt as if they were understaffed for the number of people they were trying to serve. The coffee was good and served at a reasonable temperature. We had a muffin that was very dry and we did not finish it. I think once they figure out the right level of staff for the number of customers and improve on their food selection they will do much better.
