  • They need more people working at the selling counter. Multiple people were waiting to sell their items and only 1 employee was sorting. They start off by saying, "we're buying current styles, like stuff you'd see at the mall." I took mostly current, like-new items and everything was rejected. Not to mention that some employees outfits look straight out of the early '80s. I get it, it's a hip store downtown but definitely not worth the time.
