| - I hadn't been to this location in years but I sure did remember the reasons I liked it. One huge parking lot so you can see how crowded it is beforehand, easy access to it from Pima or if you're in that section of the Pavillions shopping center. I liked the machines in front where you could buy your tickets with any form of payment. The snack bar was just what you'd expect, over priced candy ($4.00, & $3.75) they have an imitation milkshake that wasn't too bad. The soft pretzels we got were anything but soft, but they were exchanged for softer ones using.....the microwave. So if you get a pretzel tell em' to nuke it afterwards to soften it up. it is worth noting they had 4 different types of flavored popcorns,I like the traditional but if you like caramel,or kettle corn it's nice to have the option. After you give your ticket to the stub man you'll notice another snackbar with all types of alcoholic beverages, I also avoid alcohol at theatres considering the massive amount of food I usually ingest while sitting down. I liked the theatre,it had a lot of room between the seats so when I needed to go return a pretzel I could walk through the aisle without disturbing my fellow patrons. The fact that you had to be 21 or over to be in this place makes it that much quieter, not only in the theatre, but in the lobbies and restrooms as well. It also helped with the overall cleanliness, as the place was very well kept. I would like to try the moving seats and would definitely return to this location. Even though I live in Phoenix I think it was worth the drive, I saw the movie Chef and it was a great movie we enjoyed it,and the whole experience immensely.
