I had an appointment at 12:30, I was not seen by the doctor until 1:30, I was not called to checkout and buy my contacts until 2:30. I spent over 2 hours there for something that should've taken 30 minutes at most. After checking in for an appointment that was previously made, I sat in the waiting room for an hour!!! After the 2nd person who had checked in after me was seen before me I went up to question the front desk attendant. She then apologized for misplacing my info and putting me behind other patients. I finally went in to take the pre-test where the girl never changed the screen. I even mentioned to her how I now have it memorized so if in I can't really see them I know what the letters are so it makes it harder to know how well I can actually read it and asked her to change the slide. When it finally came time to check out, I asked where the sample kit is that you get follow an eye exam... Karl told me it's only for "trials" or the "classes" I said I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about?!? A trial of what? What class? He just said yes and continued staring at the computer. I still have no clue what he meant. While there I over heard several people complaining about various things. I.e., waiting forever, not getting the right glasses in, not having appointments scheduled, getting the wrong perception in their glasses, lenses being loose, the list goes on. Obviously after being there for over 2 hours I was able to whiteness plenty. Dr. Potter was great but not enough to keep me going back to a place with such terrible customer service! Two thumbs down!!!
