  • If I was able to give this 0 stars I would. This apartment complex had the absolute worst staff on hand. Their office management constantly bullies you, leaves random "fee Notices" on doors when you have never been late on rent for almost 3 years of living there and fully intend and will take money right out of your pocket unless you speak up, but when you speak up they act worse than a child would. They break laws and are extremely unethical. It took over two months to receive my security deposit back and I had to fight for it daily for 2 months. The profanity that comes out of their "professional" mouths is absurd and they quickly create a hostile environment, not to mention that the mangers husband is a PHOENIX POLICE OFFICER who gets involves in tenant disputes off duty literally resulting in an 87year old man with Parkinson's disease being shoved, and then to make is worse they tried to evict and press assault charges on the 87 year old I with Parkinson's if he chose at all to pursue any action on his eviction notice. If you would like a stress free environment then this is NOT the place I would live.
