I'm so glad I got to stop by this little gem during my visit to Montreal. I don't know if I was simply ravenous or if the ramen was just that good, but it was REALLY good. Being from the NYC/NJ area, I've had my fair share of really good (and really bad) ramen. In addition, I've been to Japan and had some great authentic ramen over there too. I'm clearly no expert, but this is one of the better places I've been to in a while.
I got the tonkatsu ramen broth with pork belly and thin noodles. The noodles were cooked perfectly and really held the thicker broth, so you were getting a full burst of flavor all at once. I also really like that you can choose the saltiness level of the broth.
I loved the decor inside, and I'd say this is a great place to visit for a casual lunch on a weekend. It's definitely a must-visit!
