  • My daughter was seen at this urgent care and the staff who helped us were wonderful. The medical assistant, Sascha, and the NP were very kind and gentle with my daughter. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the manager that was there. When I first walked in she was on the phone, very loudly, with problems with their computer system. Then she went on to complain, again loudly, to the staff about different things. Those two things didn't really bother me. What bothered me was when we were back in the exam room I could very clearly hear her talking to the staff about everything they were doing wrong. Including inappropriate language for patients to be hearing. It gave me the feel that this place is more about being a money maker and worrying about lollipops being stocked than patient care. I can tell you if she wasn't there I would have been in and out faster. Thankfully the staff who work in this office are kind and provide quality patient care. Let's hope for their sake that management gets on the same page.
