  • Rude unknowledgeable staff who seem to have little time to help the customer. Store was not busy, but I still had to go looking for someone to help me when standing patiently in front of the knives for 5 - 10 minutes brought no one over on their own. "Wha-choo want" with a look of a person who is being put upon to do the most basic of responsibilities is not customer service, it's an insult.
