  • I am very unhappy with my whole experience here. The customer service is horrible and I felt like my exam was very rushed. My prescription changed a lot showing my eyesight had improved and I questioned this and was told to try the contacts first. My prescription has been the same for the last 8 years and after trying the contacts I cannot see as well. I was hopping to get my contacts I paid for and be done but I unfortunately will have to go back.
