  • While I like the vet, the vet techs have let me down several times. Specifically the last time I went there I paid them to trim my cat's claws. Apparently my cat got unruly so they trimmed only half of them, then let me go home without saying anything. When I called about it they said I'd have to give the cat a sedative if I wanted them to trim her claws ever again. I'd been going there for three years without any trouble before that. They've had a lot of turnover at vet technician position though. I took her to another vet where they charge half as much for trims and while they said that my cat growled a little she wasn't bad at all. The only reason my cat hates having her claw trimmed is that she once had an ingrown claw, caused by this office's vet tech failing to trim one of her claws, back before I knew I had to double check their work and not just take them at their word on it.
