  • I Was debating between 3 and 4 stars 3 stars due to the poor bed and 4 stars for good customer service and the other amenities. This Hyatt place is located next to Chandler fashion center across the street from Abuelos restaurant. Customer service was great: Front desk upon arrival was very friendly and polite. Promptly check us in. Don reviewed my reservation with me then proceeded to quickly check me in. It was late evening so not much people He came around the desk to explain details about breakfast and amenities and show me where amenities sand elevator were located. Hotel, room, and amenities : This place has this modern contemporary look with open spaces and lots of glass in the lobby. Lots of lobby including the breakfast area. It contrast a. It with the hallways with low ceilings Room: Room was a pleasant surprise. Small suite with living room area and desk first. Includes a flat tv and refrigerator. The room also has this modern decor which makes appealing. Beds were ok we got queens since at the time of reservation they did not have a king. One bed was ok the other needs to be replaced. To me bed is key in a hotel room. They need to be comfortable. This one had an indentation already. I was almost tempted to give this place a 3 stars review. Hope management consider checking beds room 323 Bathroom. Not to spacious but comfortable enough all in same space. Bathtub, sink and toilet, so bathroom could be used by one person at a time. Bathroom sink quiet small and for a lady they may not have enough counter space. Bathroom is just ok nothing extraordinary. It was clean, but the trash / stainless steel lchrome had some splash stains that gives a not so clean look Breakfast Breakfast is served in the lobby area. Breakfast area. Has a modern kitchen look with lots of glass counters and lots of seating area. The modern open look makes it a pleasant place to have breakfast It is a deluxe continental it was an above average deluxe continental breakfast. It includes skillet eggs and scrambled eggs, sausage links station. Also includes a fruit yogurt station. There is also a juice station with orange , apple juice and milk. cereal station with assorted cereal. Finally you have your toaster for your bagels and bread. Deluxe continental breakfasts are just average, but this one was above average. It had tasty skillet eggs and the wafers were also pretty good. Fruit was ripe. It was not extraordinary, but above average of what you find on deluxe continental breakfasts. Pool area This hotel has a beautiful pool area and during the warm months in Phoenix. Overall I could stay at this place again if I know that the bed I got was an exception and this is not the case in this place, old beds .
