Today has been one of the hardest days this month, since I have so much going on in my personal life. I wanted to relieve my stress with a bowl of ramen.
I ordered the chashu ramen with thick noodles and an egg. When I got the ramen, I had chashu ramen with thin noddles and no egg. I told my Justin (that's what my receipt says)and another server about the problem and they immediately corrected the mistake. The taller server left and the shorter server with glasses sincerely apologized and made sure I was taken care of. He always refilled my drink, watched my napkin flow, and made sure I was doing well. He made my day! The bowl of ramen was perfect and the customer service was great. I'll be back!!
