  • While I was visiting Montreal during my reading week I stumbled upon this place while exploring the neighbourhood. Originally I came in for the ramen shop but I was in the mood for a little drink so came here instead. I got the Pork Belly skewers and Kaarage (fried chicken) and a pint of Sapporo. The food took a while to come out because of some issues with the kitchen so they gave me a couple drinks on the house. Personally I didn't think the wait was that long but hey I'm not one to turn down free stuff :). The food itself was plentiful for its price and delicious. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The ambience is very nice for a small pub. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in any restaurant/bar and will definitely stop by for a drink or two whenever I'm in Montreal.
