  • Really sad to be giving such a bad review. I have visited Freezer's multiple times and have had no complaints. But last night the service was terrible. Myself and 3 friends went and sat a table across the bar (keep in mind it was not that busy). We waited over 20 minutes and not one service staff even acknowledged us. It felt like we were being ignored. My friend went up to two waitresses and told them both we had been waiting at our table for a while and have not received any service. We waited another 15 minutes and still nobody came! All four of us just got up and left. I am very disappointed with the service, they lost out on a lot of money! I'm hesitant to even come back, even though I love playing pool. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had great service in the past, and have had a lot of fun here.
