  • Needed lunch one day when it was pouring and Emzy had me on hold for +10 minutes. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with side salad. The menu and the person who picked up the phone said it comes with either fries or a side salad but, when I get the check, it's an extra $1. Whatever, I'm in a rush and it's the only option so I didn't say anything. What I do care about though is paying for ingredients and then not getting them. The website says: Panko Fried Chicken Sandwich Tomato. Avocado. Arugula. Chipotle Onions. White Cheddar. Brioche 13 However, the sandwich came with no chipotle onions and no avocado. Was expecting something somewhat spicy but it was super sweet. The brioche was overpowering and I just threw the chicken in the side salad. Really annoyed to pay $15 and not get what was promised.
