It cost $70 to have 2 winter coats dry cleaned here. They weren't special items, just my everyday coats. No delicate materials, or marked-up designer labels either. The coats were cleaned well and the owner was friendly but I felt I could have gotten the same results elsewhere for much less.
My sister had her designer jean alteration botched there. They didn't even tell her they made a mistake, she had to go home and try them on, only to bring them back. They did give her a refund but she had to press them for it and take the jeans elsewhere to be fixed.
Another review mentions that they are an 'environmentally-friendly' cleaner incorrectly. They operate a standard perchloroethylene dry cleaner, which is a known carcinogen.
I now go elsewhere for dry cleaning and don't regret the decision. There's a small sign in the window saying they do Canada douche coats. I think fur is about as fashionable as ivory tusks, so forgive me for not wanting to support a business that makes money from the suffering and exploitation of other living beings.
