  • The second technician was slightly better, even though he did not speak until I asked a question. Long story short the part that I waited over a week for was not the part that needed to be replaced, the bad part was a simple relay that could have been replaced the first time they came out. I am beside myself. I went 2 weeks without a refrigerator over a $2 relay that should have been replaced the first time they came out.
