  • I paid for wood chips and was delivered mud and compost instead! I ordered wood chips but what they delivered consisted mostly of mud and compost with a few pieces of cement and some trash mixed in, very few wood chips actually in it. When I called to see if they would fix the problem they told me the most they would do is give me five dollars off my next order if I purchased more "wood chips" from them. So basically they wouldn't do anything and didn't care. They admitted what I received must not have been some of the better wood chips they had but you get what you get, so I could pay for new ones and this time they would "try" to give me something with actual wood chips. They wanted me to pay for more of their substandard product to cover up the compost/mud they already sold me under the guise of being wood chips! They don't stand behind their product and while I paid for wood chips that's not what I received.
