rev:text	I went here with some co-workers for lunch around 3pm and we were the only ones there. We assumed the service would be quick since the place was empty but oh were we wrong. First off, my friend ordered a roll without the rice and the waitress said that would be totally fine. They deliver the roll and it has rice in it so we told them we ordered it without rice and then the sushi chef said oh no we can't make that roll or any roll without rice....which I know isn't true because I've been to sushi places before where they just roll it in the seaweed. The waitress even explained it to him and he said it would be fine, but then told us he couldn't do it. We waited an extremely long amount of time for our food, especially my bento box. By the time I got it, my friends had finished eating. The chef (same one that said he couldn't make the roll without rice) didn't know what went in the bento box apparently, and just didn't make it based upon the conversation I overheard with him and the waitress. I don't understand why he wouldn't have just asked what went in it instead of not making it at all. The waitress was extremely nice and friendly, but was nowhere to be found most of the time. We had to get up and find someone to order more food and to ask for our check. She did give us a complimentary green tea ice cream for making us wait so long for my bento box, which was very nice of her. There are so many sushi places in Vegas and Henderson that are a million times better than this place. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here.
