  • Worst car buying experience ever and the service department is a scam. When I first bought the car had a huge argument and was threatened at my home by the sales man. They completely blew this off. So finally they gave me a free year if oil changes. I go to collect and the person Customer service agent that gave them to me was no longer with the company. Total bs. So they would not honor the oil changes. Now to the scams. I keep my car perfect. It's three years old 15k miles. I went during second year got an oil change. They come out tell me I have a flat that is not fixable. Wtf? Second time they tell me my battery died in back and is completely shot that I need a new one.. Another wtf. I keep my car garaged and perfect. Every oil change they try to upsell you. But in my case by breaking or lying to me. So needles to say I stopped getting my oil changed there and have not had one problem. This place is full of crooks. I love my car but will never go back to this dealership. Another scam to beware of is them telling you you need there Service to get warranty. It's not true at all do not fall prey. Literally again the sales man threatened me at my home with violence. He should be in jail. Before we argued he told he has had 16 dui's. I swear to god no joke. I was thinking wtf how are you selling cars. They guy had a big gash on the back of his head from a accident. Again no joke. I was threatened by this lunatic and ignored by the gm. Hopefully Karma takes care of them.
