  • I really wanted to love this experience, but was unable to do so due to LOUD UNENDING BANGING right outside the room where I was trying to relax and float. It sounded like someone was moving (and dropping) big boxes of pots and pans. I also noticed the room aesthetics showed very little effort to create a relaxing spa environment. Plain white walls, no relaxing artwork or aromatherapy, a tacky old nightstand, and a sign on the tank stating that customers should use only one towel after their shower. It was also FREEZING in the room when I stepped out of the shower and the tank. When leaving, I walked out empty-handed, and was surprised that I wasn't given any information on the "spa" services or given a tour of the facilities by staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
