I was excited to use this airport only 5 miles from my house. But our first experience back in february will be our last. This complaint is primarily against allegiant air, but the airport should not have them as a tenant. Our flight was VERY expensive due to the demand of where we were going, so that was our first downfall of this experience. NO customer service, we waited 3 hours to retrieve our luggage when we arrived home (late at night), and NO live person to find out what happened and why it took so long. And speaking of luggage, my husband was charged twice for his luggage. I will gladly drive 30 miles to sky harbor for any of my flights from now on!
