  • I went there on a feild trip and had an amazing time! The exhibits are amazing and so realistic! The reason I'm giving three stars is because the costumer service wasn't the best. It happened first on the top level where me and my group (about 7 of us and one of my friends brother to supervise us) were being a bit to loud and a security guard came up to us and tried to kick us out! Our teachers of course didn't let them to so we continued happily (the same security guard kept eyeballing us) and then we were in the gift shop looking around because some of us brought money, so me and my friend were looking at this dino's on leashes and playing with them. Then a lady came up and asked if we were buying them, we said no and then she SNATCHED them out of our hand without saying a please or thank u. After we left they put up a sign that said "one adult per 5 kids" so every time 7 of us went back in there, they only let 5 us in at a time. That was my own tradedy but anyway, when there was no employees around us, we had a blast! Definitely recommend if u are into Dino's and history of dead thing
