  • I do not even know where to begin, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I am from Vegas and family came into town from all over the states for a family reunion. For one of the nights we had chosen to experience a party bus tour due to other family members who had participated in a different one before. Everything started to go sour the minute we checked in. We were told to be there between 9 and 9:45 to leave by 10 instead we checked in at about 9:30 and were pushed back till 10:45. Next at 10:45 we walk over to get on the bus and there are more people on the bus than there are seats. Let me repeat 4 people were standing at all times and it was extremely crammed. Being that no one could move we were unable to get up, dance, and enjoy ourselves. We were told that it was due to people missing their bus, but this was their own fault and now they were ruining our bus. Next when the bartender began to make the drinks and pass them out we now had 4 strangers crowed around the bar with everyone's open drinks which was not comfortable to begin with, but then proceeded to have these unknown people pass out our drinks to us which no one was happy about. First it is unsanitary and second what if something had been slipped into those drinks? Furthermore the beers at all times on the bus were warm and th A/C was not working. Also the pictures proved on the website were nothing like what the bus we got onto. The bus was extremely filthy and the pole was practically touching the knees of people sitting so it made it very hard to enjoy. There was nothing to hold onto if you were to stand or dance, so technically you had to sit and dance. Some family members came across unbearable things in the seats as well. We also had a family members wedding ring fall off and were told they could not find it, but when he went on to search he found it quite quickly. So we were lied too!! Third we were signed up for 3 clubs and only went to one of the 3 on the list. One of the clubs we were switched to was dead and disappointing. Let me remind you that this was a Friday night (I won't name the club). But we were supposed to reach the last destination around 2 and arrived at 3:15. So we did not even go into the last club. Overall, this was not worth the money or our time. When we tried to talk to someone (multiple times) a manager was never there and were told to email. We have sent out 7 emails now and still no response!! VERY UPSET ABOUT ALL OF THIS! Will never do this again and do not recommend!
