  • I've been getting lash extensions for years. My regular lash lady is out of the country and I needed a fill-- badly. I found The Lash & Sugar Co on Yelp with excellent reviews. I figured it's a fill, what could go wrong. I met Carla who was my technician and she was very kind. My lashes looked good, but definitely NOT the volume I paid for. They looked like more of a classic. I didn't want to complain so I paid and off I went. I woke up today (just got lashes filled yesterday) and I've lost easily 1/4 of my lash extensions. I'm SO unhappy and bummed about this. I hope the management takes into account better training. I understand lashes grow and fall out in waves. The day after... to lose this many-- unacceptable.
