| - I wish I had read Angela's review below before hiring them. :-( I had the exact same experience. Hired them to do a six hour clean. It was hardly even a basic clean. They skipped most of the (approved) things I asked for in advance, and what they did do was cursory at best. I am not talking about a couple of dust bunnies here and there, but obvious, glaring things. Floors were DIRTY, nightstands dusty, coffee stain on my "clean" coffee cup, a dark, obvious ring left on a plexiglass table (which I wiped away in five seconds after getting home).
I sent them a detailed e-mail explaining why I was disappointed, and the owner offered to "come and look at the areas that weren't done" and finish them. This would be a complete redo, so I declined. The alternative suggestion was to pay them to come back again within six weeks at a discounted rate. WHY would I pay them to come back and not clean my house again!? I suggested perhaps they could consider charging me less for a less than satisfactory service. I ended up paying for five half-assed hours instead of six. The worst part is, I am dealing with a temporary disability, so I couldn't redo the job myself, I had to hire someone else to clean my house two days later. Again.
So, not a good job, and a very lacklustre reply to my dissatisfaction (all the other clients are thrilled, shocked to hear this, etc. ) Except that now that I have read some reviews, they obviously weren't really "shocked". And they weren't nearly as "shocked" as I was to come home to a barely cleaned house after a six-hour clean. No bueno.
