I'll up it to 3 stars because we had very friendly and quick service.
Basically it is your average, way overpriced restaurant on the Strip.
Only went here out of convenience since it was in our hotel and we had the luck of cold, rainy weather.
Started with the ceviche on tortilla chips..Really this was pretty good.
The seafood gumbo dish was okay. Nothing spectacular..Your average gumbo.
The etouffe- I am probably spelling it wrong - was really awful. 33 bucks for this dish. Bf didn't hate it like I did but really if this is supposed to be his signature dish -- it was an overpriced letdown!
The hyped banana pie -- lacked real flavor, way too much whipped cream and mushy crust. Definitely not worth the don't-want-to-know how many calories.
The best thing? The soft dinner rolls they serve before the meal!
