  • This has to be the worst company ever. Tennants please read all of the reviews and don't do it. I agree with everyone of them that review them poorly. I can't believe how unprofessional and inept this company is. If you are already a tennat keep everything, record everything, save all of your receipts, take pictures. Do what you have to because you WILL end up having to defend yourself. and fyi they have "14 days from the day you ask for your deposit back" to give it to you. So email them the day you turn in your keys and ask for it, otherwise you'll have a 3 to 4 week wait on your hands. Also, besure you download everything you can from your personal page before you move out because they shut down your access immediately and you won't have any records of anything. Go look at the other review sites, go to the BBB and look them up there. This is the most worthless management company I've ever seen. I even have an email from their property manager that says "we'll let you move out early if you won't tell anyone the condition the property is in..." ?!?!?!?!? beware beware beware!!!!
