  • Not a great experience. Came across inexperienced staff who did not provide me with all of my options in various areas. For example I was not offered an option of how I would like to receive my altered suits (i.e. pick up in store or delivered to the office etc.) and when I called to ask I got attitude from Derek saying I should have asked up front and "shipping costs money". So there you have it - I gave them a try and won't be back. A suit is an investment for me and obviously Suit Supply does not share that same philosophy in providing a bad customer service experience for this customer. Strongly suggest you shop elsewhere if service is of any value to you.
