  • I switched to this location from the Whitney Ranch location because of its size. It used to be a Food 4 Less and Raley's back in the day. The equipment they have here is top notch, love the variety of ab machines and way more machines and options than my old Whitney Ranch location. I used to alternate between the two until I moved, now I only stop at this one. Only negative is that the weights section is packed after work (6pm) and it's very hard to get on certain machines. In the early mornings (5am) I don't have that issue at all but it is so much more convenient to come here after work than it is to come before. I have to try out the hydromassage machine they have here. A friend told me that it is awesome. I typically try to be in and out with my workouts but I will make a point to try that soon. This facility is very well kept and clean. Love it and will be a member for a while. Very satisfied.
