  • If i could give NO STARS I WOULD!! WORST rental place to get a vehicle. Incompetent workers. Spent 3 plus hours trying to get a rental! I finally get the rental and it doesn't work! Slipping gears and not picking up speed. Then to top it all off they tell me well we're out of cars.. but you can pay an extra 20/day for a SUV... that's not what I asked for! THANKS HERTZ for wasting my time I can't get back!!! Never renting here again!!!! I hope every time I tell someone this story you lose a customer! Worst car renting experience I've ever had! Kudos to you guys!!
