  • Casino Review Only: Wild Horse Pass seemed like the hip place to be in the Phoenix area on a Saturday night. The valet was full when we got there and it took a while to find parking in the structure. The bouncer at the door definitely took his job seriously and carded us before we entered. The casino was definitely packed and most slots were taken. There was a pretty decent-looking food court right next to the casino floor with ample, comfortable seating (tables and booths). There was live music playing that night in the lounge which drew a crowd that spilled out onto the casino floor. I don't recall who was playing but the music wasn't half-bad (country). What threw me about the casino were the restrooms. It was the first time I came across toilets that were covered in plastic as opposed to the paper toilet seat covers. The plastic on these seats were automatically switched out and dispensed before/after each use by pressing a button. Pretty crazy. If I were every looking to turn my next Phoenix trip into a gambling trip, I would most likely stay at Wild Horse. The facility seems clean and modern enough and the location is pretty convenient, near the city and you can see it right off the I-10.
