  • Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After getting a recall for "coolant" issues back in Feb wouldn't you know it, the day after surgery my 2014 Ford Escape wouldn't move due to "over heating". When calling the service department they could have cared less about my situation and of course as always never have a loaner available. Makes me sick that my husband had purchased a truck from there approx 2 months prior - I'd have had him go anywhere else but this place.
